Stephen Larrick is Open Data Project Lead for the Sunlight Foundation, a nonpartisan non-profit whose mission is to make 21st century democracy more transparent and accountable for all. He heads up Sunlight's open data work with local governments across the United States, including supporting reforms to access to information policy in mid-sized American cities as part of the What Works Cities initiative. Larrick was a city planner prior to joining Sunlight, and holds a Bachelor's of Arts in urban studies and political philosophy from Brown University.
