Founder and delegate of "Villes Internet" the elected representatives association (network of 450 maires members) focus on "digital and internet for citizenship" since 1999 adressing all the french cities in partnership with 4 ministere - 5 local elected representatives association - and some big companies as La Poste and MNT and smaller ones.


Florence is also Vice-president of Debatlab the professionnal network for the french compagnies specialzed in business for local et national democracy.

Sue is Member af the permanent comity of the CLEMI - Ministere Education national

She is the author of many publications focus on the "local governance in digital society - internet for citizen - digital forceducation -international cooperation for digital project "

Distinction : Chevalier de la legion d'honneur

In the Ogp program Florence organized the 29 of September 2016 the first "Open ministry" outside Paris, in Dijon (Bourgogne) with 3 french ministers including Annick Girardin, Jean-Vincent Placé and Estelle Grellier. The pitch "the digital identity of the citizen".

It was the 80 eme regional meeting for the network of "Villes Internet" since its birth. The first european one was in Parthenay 1999.
