Leonel KPEKERE BAKIKO is AFRINYPE (AFRICAN NETWORK OF YOUTH POLICY EXPERTS) country coordinator in Central Africa Republic. A Founder of several Group of NGOs, and Youth Led Organizations the like of MASSIKA STARTUP , APSDC and Co founder of AYTLA initiative, the NGOs are base in Base in Bangui the Capital city of Central Africa Republic and Have Branch in Ghana. He founded the NGO when he was 21, back in 2013. He is a Bachelor Degree Holder in Information Technology and has graduated in one of the outstanding University in Accra, Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He is Certified Young African Leader at the University of Kenyatta in Nairobi by YALI the initiative of President OBAMA. Leonel advocates for peace, quality Education and Youth in Leadership position; he was selected by Africa Union Youth Volunteer Corps (AU YVC) to serve as volunteer in MIT division of Africa Union (A.U) headquarters in Addis Ababa Ethiopia. In earlier 2016, he was appointed by A.U C in South Africa as Africa Union Chapter Country representative in Central Africa Republic to promote Africa Union Agenda 2063,He also promotes the United Nation Sustainable Development Goals among young people His Initiative works for the improvement of the population lives and pacific cohabitation within grassroots communities.
