Ms. Kebjana Haka (MA) is the Project Coordinator for the UET Centre at the European University of Tirana. She has received a Master’s Degree in Governance and Public Administration from the Albanian University in Albania and her graduate studies in Social Sciences, Philosophy-Sociology at the University of Tirana. Ms. Haka has an extensive experience in project management and in project writing, with particular focus on developing, monitoring, Evaluation and progress of programs/project, assessment of institutional performance indicators, project progress reports including financial management. She has been working as a Project Manager in the Technical Assistance project at the Ministry of European Integration, financed by the European Commission. Ms. Haka has been working as an expert in Regional Cooperation, IPA Component II Program, in the Ministry of European Integration. Ms. Haka has also worked as an expert of disadvantaged people at the Advice Centre, Municipal Unit No.9 Tirana. During her working period, she had a successful collaboration with the local authorities (Regional Council, Municipalities, and Communes) in different cities of the country.
