Teele Pehk is the CEO of the Estonian Cooperation Assembly, a competence centre founded in 2007 by the President of Estonia.

The Cooperation Assembly carried out the first non-government party led activity in the Estonian OGP Action Plan 2014-2016 - setting up the citizen initiatives platform rahvaalgatus.ee with its publicly funded budget. The platform enables discussions, co-creation of collective addresses, collecting digital signatures (as the first platform enabling the latter in e-Estonia!), sending the address to the Estonian Parliament and following its decisions. The beta-platform runs in Estonian, Russian and English.

In addition to coordinating the activities of the Cooperation Assembly, Teele Pehk is an active democracy agent in Estonia and an urban activist in Tallinn.
