Jean Gervais AYISSI has 22 years in Gender and Rural Development and World Bank projectsfundedexperience in manycouincils of Cameroonand has worked in CSO about 22 years. As a Lead Gender and Rural DevelopmentSpecialist, he has led the preparation and implementation of a large number of ruraldevelopment and municipal management projectsaround the tenregions of Cameroon and has been the recipient of numerouscertificat on rural Development and Decentralization.Since 1996, hework on governance issues and on 2005 he joint the first Fullow-up commettee of invesment budget in the North of Cameroon. He promote the use of ICT in social accountability.He participate in the programs funded by many International Financial and Technicalpartners as World Bank ; UNICEF ; UNDP ; EU ; GIZ ; ADB ; IFAD. He is the National Coordinator of an independent as CSO network ADEN and we have a permanent finance tool (TSF telecomSpecialFund).We have convention with ARMP, MINFI/PSSFP; PIDMA/MINADER. We have a collaboration with MINEPAT; CONAC; CONSUPE and UNICEF. We have 575 permanent staff in ourcenters (ADEN/TCP) and weimplementingin 221 municipalities. He is a traine participant of World Bank Institutemodules : (i) coaching RRI (ii) Municipal Finances : A Learning program for Local Governmentse-Course - Spring 2015:event code WBI-FY 14-516. He receive a certificate training on United Nation’s Convention on the fightagainst Corruption as CSO actor
