I hold a Master of Arts degree in Environmental Management and Policy obtained from the University of Cape Coast and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Ghana. I also hold a Diploma in Development Leadership obtained from the Coady International Institute in Canada and a Certificate in Socio – Economic Challenges of Nature Project, I worked with the Forestry Commission in Ghana as a District Customer Services Officer, Conservation from the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies in Israel. Before joining Ghana Integrity Initiative in 2014 as the National Project Coordinator for the Climate Change Finance where i championed community based natural resource management particularly equity in benefit sharing and livelihood opportunities for forest fringe communities. I have a sound understanding of Participatory Poverty Assessments (PPA’s), Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation (PM&E), Community Mobilisation, Advocacy, Citizens Engagement, Poverty Reduction Strategies, Social Responsibility Negotiations and Agreements, Conflict Resolution, Adult training and Facilitation skills. I have an additional experience in Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation initiatives, Integrated Natural Resource Management, Environmental Governance particularly community involvement and participation in natural resource governance among other things.
