I am a Sierra Leonean from humble background with rich experience in national development, for the vulnerable poor, human rights and advocacy, research and capacity building of youth organizations. My focus lies in assessing improvement of the lives of ordinary people, governance and development issues as they impact the sustainability of peace and economic development of the country. This is coupled with my ability to collecting data, analysing information and drafting concept notes on governance and development initiatives. I do this in a logical and structured manner to support the authorities and different governance structures in their respective spheres of operations.I work as a Training Coordinator for FOCUS 1835 - a community based organization. A Reporter for Home Times Newspaper, a Coordinator for Volunteers Africa and Presenter on Radio Democracy. Hold an Executive Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) from IPAM, University of Sierra Leone, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) First Division degree in Political science and Modern History from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone and a Certificate in Electoral Administration and Civic education.
