I was born in Monterrey, Mexico, to the son and daughter of Spaniard political refugees both married to Mexican wives. I am half Mexican, half spaniard. I hold an International Business Major (graduated with honors) but somehow got a career in the Public Sector. I currently work at a Federal Courthouse that is in charge of resolving all electoral affairs in Mexico. I am tasked with "translating" judicial slang into plain Spanish later I will create content to be used in Social Media or court's publications. Since 2013, the Court has worked on a model for writing easy-to-understand sentences as a first step towards our intention of adopting and Open Justice approach. That model has now been replicated in over 20 courthouses in Mexico. My intention is to keep pursuing and gaining knowledge on Open Government/Justice.
