Siham was born in Saida, Algeria in 1989, she received a master degree in computer science from the university of Oran in 2011, in the same year she created a local association called “SOS SAIDA”, in 2012 she joined a political party named “FRONT EL MOUSTAKBAL” and she was elected as a mayor in her municipality. In 2013 she was invited by the UN-HABITAT to give a speech in the GC24 as a young female mayor in Africa, in the same year she joined «THE AFRICAN YOUTH NETWORK FOR SUSTAINBLE DEVELOPMENT “ , she get an intensive trainings related to leadership , human rights , sustainable development campaigns management , new technologies , volunteering . She is currently the Chief communication section in “office national de la culture et l’information” , she also attend and contribute as an Algerian activist in a lot of summits , forums and conferences with different bodies of united nations like ( UNESCO ,UNHABITAT,UNECA,NEPAD and GLTN ).in 2016 she joined the secretariat of the “AFRICAN YOUTH COMMISION” .
