From the Climate Change area of Fundaci├│n Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (FARN), Enrique is actively involved in the national climate debates working in climate policies and renewable energy transitions. Since 2004 he is actively engaging in Climate Change Negotiations with Civil Society Groups. As volunteer of IndyACT he serves voluntarily as the International Coordinator of the Mitigation Group in Climate Action Network International (CAN-I). From 2011 to 2014 he has coordinated the advocacy efforts on Latin American Civil Society as Regional Coordinator of CAN-LA. He has worked in small scale, community based Renewable Energy projects, and Environmental Education. As consultant Enrique frequently writes publications on Climate Change Policy and several articles on Climate Change Negotiations. He actively provides Capacity Building trainings on Climate Change, the UNFCCC, and International negotiations in the Region, including Online Curses.
