Muhammad Ilham Saenong, Deputy Secretary-General Transparency International-Indonesia (TI-I), has been part of the Open Government Indonesia (OGI) Core Team since its inception. He was the CSO coordinator of the OGI in 2013-2014 where he led the Asia Pacific Regional Summit and coordinated formulation of National Action Plan 2014-2015 from the civil society side. He received MA in Anthropology from Universitas Indonesia in 2003. As anti-corruption activists he has been leading the civil society coalition against corruption since February 2015 following his previous engagement with the Anti-Corruption Commission (KPK), the National Planning Bureau and the President Office in promoting integrity and anti-corruption through campaign and citizen engagement, particularly using ICT, movies and social accountability mechanism.
