Lindsey manages the OCDS Help Desk and several of Open Contracting Partnership's Showcase and Learning projects. In her work, she engages with governments and other stakeholders in collaborative learning about open contracting and advises on policy & legal reform to implement open contracting. She also supports the co-creation of tools, methodologies, and feedback loops to ensure that open contracting is delivering impact.

Lindsey is a lawyer who previously worked with the World Bank where she played a significant role in the launch of the Open Contracting Partnership and the development of the Open Contracting Global Principles and Data Standard. Before that, Lindsey worked for the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, the World Bank legal department, and in private practice in Canada. In her spare time, Lindsey enjoys yoga, learning languages, and travel.
