Dulce Guevara is currently a researcher in the digital strategy area at the Instituto Belisario Domínguez from the Mexican Senate; aside this she is part of the Mexican Council of Foreign Affairs (COMEXI) as Young Associate. Prior to this, she worked for the former Federal Institute of Access to Information and Data Protection (IFAI), as Head of Department, where she followed up projects on Open Government throughout the world and Transparency and Accountability in Latin America. Before that she worked as Migration Assistant for the Embassy of Canada in Mexico. She holds a LLM from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de México (UNAM) and a Bachelor degree in International Relations at Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de México (ITAM).
