  2. 1994 – 1995: Responsible for setting up the Burigi Settlement Community Development Programme as a Consultant and supervised the construction to the completion of the Burigi Refugee Settlement and the Community Centre, which accommodate 4,000 unaccompanied Refugee Men and 1000 unaccompanied Refugee Women.
