Musa was born and raised in Freetown, Sierra Leone; he is the founder and Chief Executive Director of Global Youth Network for Empowerment and Development Sierra Leone (GYNED-SL).

Musa’s quest and passion to serve young people began over 10 years ago when he started contributing and participating immensely in various Youth Organisations and Youth groups, and have positively influenced many lives in Sierra Leone and beyond.

He has travelled extensively to attend conferences, Workshops and Trainings abroad relating to Youth Empowerment and Development, Proposal writing & Entrepreneurship etc. He holds a Bachelor Degree in International Management, Certified Accounting Technician (ACCA), Diploma & Certificate in Finance and Accounting from London, and presently studying for his 1st Master’s Degree in Project Management with Atlantic International University in the United States of America.

Musa is known for high level of Integrity, Commitment & Dedication, Result oriented, Hardwork, Possesses great potentials and has the ability to work under pressure, Resilient, Practices Team Spirit, Converting Dreams to Reality, Self-motivated and.maintains high level of discipline and respect for all, regardless of age, status or academic qualifications. Musa is dynamic in all things. He holds a firm interest in Entrepreneurship.

Prior to the establishment of GYNED-SL, Musa holds over 14 years of work experience, he was the Director of Operations & Senior Partner of Softcom Multimedia (SM), Branch Accountant at Finance Salone Limited (FSL), Loan & Savings Manager at A Call to Business (ACTB) , Transaction Officer at Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank) , Bursar and Administrator at Dunnet Preparatory School (DPS), Deputy Director of Touchlives Music Ministries (TMM), CEO of Khalil International & Khalsvia International Investment in Sierra Leone, He is widely experienced in areas of Administrative Management, Accounting & Finance, Microfinance and Entrepreneurship He is a public motivational speaker, happily married and blessed with kids.
