Pranav Budhathoki is founder and Chief Executive of Local Interventions Group, a social enterprise in Nepal and South Asia working to ensure affordable innovation and civic tools to enhance government’s service delivery and strengthen the poorest citizens’ access to governments. He leads OpenGov Hub in Nepal which serves as a South Asian resource centre for Open Government Partnership, as well as transparency and accountability innovations. He is a published author with the Guardian, the Daily Telegraph, New Internationalist etc and has been awarded with Gilbert Murray Trust Award and Bernard Brett Award for his “distinguished contribution to peace.” He has MSc in Comparative Politics (Democracy) from London School of Economics and BA in European Studies from London Metropolitan University.
