Licensed attorney member of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid and graduated in Law by Universidad de Salamanca, with Master’s Degree in Governance and Human Rights by Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and Specialist in Giustizia Costituzionale e Tutela Giurisdizionale dei Diritti by Università di Pisa. He interned at the Department of Doctrine of the Constitutional Court of Spain, he has been rapporteur of the V World Congress Against the Death Penalty. He is member of the Association of Analysts of Constitutional Doctrine and the Research Group on Government Administration and Public Policy (GIGAPP). Since March 2nd, 2015 he is working with Transparency International-Spain in the area of compliance, good governance and prevention of corruption in the private sector and is professor and academic coordinator of Module I of TI-Spain Expert Course on Corporate Integrity, Transparency and Good Governance. He is author of several papers, chapters, reports and articles and his main areas of interest and knowledge are: human rights, constitutional law, governance, public policy analysis, corporate governance, compliance, corporate integrity, reporting, prevention of corruption and transparency, among others.
