I studied political science at Javeriana University, public policy analysis at the National University, and received a postgraduate diploma in transparency, accountability and anti-corruption at the University of Chile. I have 6 years of experience in non-governmental organizations and international cooperation projects aimed at strengthening democracy and the fight against corruption. I coordinated a regional program on legislative transparency with the National Democratic Institute in Colombia. Currently, I am advisor of transparency and openness of the President of the Colombian Senate, Mauricio Lizcano.
