Anamarija Musa is the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Croatia responsible for the overseeing the implementation of the Access to Information Law implementation, including the national rules on the reuse of public sector information, resulting from the transposition of the PSI Directive. She is a member of the European Commission DG Connect working group on public sector information.
She is also an assistant professor and senior researcher at the Faculty of Law, Zagreb University, Croatia, in the field of public administration and European integration, with research interest in public sector organisations, transparency and open data, e-government and organisation theory. She earned Mag.iur. diploma in law in 2009, MSC in European Politics and Governance (LSE) in 2004, Phd at Zagreb Faculty of Law, in the field of administrative law and public administration, in 2009.
