I was born in Zavkhan province in 1976. My career was began in 1998 and I was a lecturer at Institute of International Relations, State University of Mongolia then worked as an assistant to the Minister for Foreign Affairs /Speechwriter and Secretary of the Minister’s Council/ in 2000. Also I was the second secretary at Embassy of Mongolia in France and Permanent Delegation of Mongolia at UNESCO from 2004 to 2006, an advisor to the Minister for UNESCO, Ministry of Education, Culture and Science from 2007 to 2008, a senior consultant at Human Trafficking Project, Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, Mongolia from April to July 2008, a project manager of Human Trafficking, Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, Mongolia from July 2008 to February 2010, a secretary at General of the Mongolian National Commission for UNESCO from February 2010 to August 2011, a state secretary at Ministry of Education, Culture and Science from August 2011 to September 2012, a counsellor, minister counsellor at Embassy of Mongolia in France and Permanent Delegation of Mongolia at UNESCO from August 2013 to July 2016 and now I am working as an advisor to the Prime Minister of Mongolia.
