Roza Vasileva is an ICT and Open Data consultant to the World Bank’s Transport and ICT Global Practice. Roza earned her undergraduate degree in Public Relations from Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia in St. Petersburg in 2010. In 2013, she received a Master’s degree in Public Administration and International Affairs at Maxwell School of Syracuse University in The U.S. where she went as a Fulbright Scholar. Roza joined the Bank in September 2012 as an intern, and has worked on advancing Open Data programs in Tanzania, Mauritius, India, Jamaica, Saint Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago, Russia and other countries. She is currently pursuing her PhD degree in Digital Economy at the University of Nottingham, Horizon Center for Doctoral Training.
