Zenun Pajaziti. Member of Kosovo Parliament and Head of PDK Caucus. Also, he is Chairman of Forum for Parliamentary Transparency in Parliament of Kosovo. He was born on September 12, 1966. He holds bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Pristina. He started his political activity in the LDK Youth Forum where he served initially as Gjilan branch leader, and then moved to Pristina where he served as vice president and later president of the LDK Youth Forum from 1994 to 1997. After the 1999 war, Pajaziti joined the PDK and served as co-head of the Department of Sport in the joint UNMIK-Kosovo administrative structures from 2000-2001. In 2004, when he served in the cabinet of former Prime Minister as coordinator and liaison with UNMIK. After the 2007 general elections he served as Minister of Internal Affairs. I the 2010 he was elected as member of the Parliament. In 2014 general elections he came out amongst most voted PDK candidates. During the election campaign and services as an MP he is known for actively using the social media tools to reach out to voters, whereas in parliament he supported efforts to digitalize document management system, and implement the E-Parliament platform. As a committee Chair he was heavily engaged in improving the organization and quality of public hearings, and strengthening cooperation with the civil society organizations. He led the Assembly-CSO working group for developing and adopting a Declaration for Partnership between Assembly and CSOs, and currently chairs the Forum for Parliamentary Transparency. He speaks English.
