Stacey May serves as the Chief of Staff for the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor, U.S. Department of State. She previously served as the Director for Atrocity Prevention at the White House National Security Council (2015-2016), State Department Human Rights Officer for Burma (2010-2015), and Legislative Fellow to Congressman Joe Crowley (2012-2013). She holds a MSc. with Distinction in International Development Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a B.A with High Distinction from the University of California, Berkeley.
