Open Data Institute - United Kingdom
Richard is the International Director at the Open Data Institute. In this role he oversees all the ODI's work with the public sector in the United Kingdom and internationally, as well as managing the ODI’s successful start up incubator programme.
Richard has considerable experience at the heart of UK government transparency and data initiatives, leading the strategy and implementation of data.gov.uk.
He has advised the UK Prime Minister and Cabinet Office on public sector reform, including overseeing the design and implementation of ‘What Works’ centres supporting evidence-based implementation.
