Justin Herman manages inter-agency Digital Communities and Open Government for the U.S. General Services Administration, where he organizes the Artificial Intelligence, Virtual/Augmented Realities, and SocialGov Communities. His program is dedicated to helping modernize public services to improve how government works together with citizens, collaborates across agencies, and performs within their own organizations.

Justin also manages the U.S. Digital Registry, the API-generating repository for authenticating more than 10,000 third-party platforms, social media accounts and mobile apps in the federal government.
