Cristiano Ferri is the currently Director of the Hacker Laboratory in the Brazilian House of Representatives. As senior official of the House since 1993, I have built expertise in lawmaking, opening parliament, digital democracy, parliamentary informatics, innovation, transparency, innovation in public sector and quality of law (legistic). He was a research associate from Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation, Harvard Kennedy School. Cristiano holds a PhD in sociology and political science at the Institute for Social and Political Studies, State University from Rio de Janeiro and a Master of Science in public policy from Queen Mary's College, University of London.
