Aleksandra Cvetkovska is a Senior Program Manager in the National Democratic Institute (NDI Macedonia, working on two projects: Coaching and Backstopping Mandate for the Parliamentary Institute and Strengthening the Role of Women in the Decision Making Process. In the framework of her daily work, she is also involved in Open Government Partnership, and openness, transparency and accountability of Parliament. Prior to January 2015, Ms. Cvetkovska co managed the Support of the establishment and the Development of the Parliamentary Institute Project since early 2010, with a special focus on education, outreach, library and archive. Since May 2014, Ms. Cvetkovska got involved in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning under which initiative, efforts are being made to have a unified approach to monitoring,evaluation and learning for all NDI projects funded by different donors (USAID, NED,SDC). She first joined the NDI Macedonia team in 1999 and managed two major programs until 2006:  the Constituency Office Assistance Program and the Improving Committee Work Program. In August 2006, Aleksandra moved to NDI Morocco where she worked on the Emerging Leaders in Political parties, Elections Program, Parliamentary Outreach Program and the Support of the Women’s Parliamentary Network until 2008.

Ms. Cvetkovska holds a B.A in English Language and Literature from the Department of Philology of the Sv. Kiril and Metodij University. She is fluent in English and is working on improving her intermediate French.
