Quina is ICEL's Head of Environmental Pollution Division, who leads cases, law-reforms and research related to the broad spectrum of so-called "brown issues." With various cross-sectoral advocacy works, her knowledge on water, air and toxic pollution, waste, and hazardous substances gives meaningful perspective to the environmental access rights. She leads ICEL's work on environmental access to information, participation and justice - especially when it relates to environmental justice on pollution/waste issue. She was also a Fulbright scholar, YSEALI alumni, and a graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School (LL.M) and University of Indonesia (LL.B). Off the working hours, she liberates herself from industrial world by frequenting tropical jungles, mountains, remote islands and the underwater world.
